Exchange 2010 SP1 OWA broke after Exchange SP1 Update Rollup 3-v3 installed...

I am 90% sure that after we installed the Exchange 2010 SP1 Rollup 3-v3 is when our OWA "crashed".  We can get to the OWA log in screen, but as soon as you log in, it goes to just a blank white screen.  This happens on all users we tested and on both URL types (i.e. ".local" and ".com").

Do I just uninstall the update 3-v3?  Should I reinstall, and if so, should I do it through Windows Updates, or run it manually using elevated administrative privelages?

Lastly, should I just wait and uninstall it when all users are out, or could I do this during the day when users are accessing the server?

Maybe uninstall and then install rollup 4 instead.

Make sure the "Microsoft Exchange Forms-Based Authentication" service is started, this could be a problem.

Otherwise reinstall the update with elevated rights, installing an exchange update without elevated rights could end up with this result.
Go to %exchange directory%\ClientAccess\Owa

you will find many folders named with versions--> make a copy from the last one and replace it with the previous one..

None of this worked.  It's been awhile since this happened, but I think all it took as running through all the windows updates again and restarting a couple times and then it fixed itself.
