I am 90% sure that after we installed the Exchange 2010 SP1 Rollup 3-v3 is when our OWA "crashed". We can get to the OWA log in screen, but as soon as you log in, it goes to just a blank white screen. This happens on all users we tested and on both URL types (i.e. ".local" and ".com").
Do I just uninstall the update 3-v3? Should I reinstall, and if so, should I do it through Windows Updates, or run it manually using elevated administrative privelages?
Lastly, should I just wait and uninstall it when all users are out, or could I do this during the day when users are accessing the server?
