ADmitMac 6 join domain issue
We have a Mac running Snow Leopard 10.6.8 with the latest version of ADmitMac (v6) installed. We are trying to join it to our 2008 Domain. It was unjoined due to issues and now when we try to join it back we get the message:
The computer account password for this Macintosh is no longer valid. This can be due to a differnt computer being joined to your domain with the same computer name, or by a domain administrator restting the compter account password.
We receive this message whether we build the AD object first and attach or if we join with no AD computer object present. In the latter case we see a new AD object, but we still have this error. We went so far as reinstalling the software and trying a different computer name and everytime we got the same message.
