Network only shoing a dosen computes and not all of them

I am having an issue viewing all the computers on teh network. I am able to manually type the name in the address bar to get to it, but the navigation isnt there. Only 16 computers show up out of saay 70. Cant figure out why.

1.       Logon to Windows server 2008 computer with Administrator account.

2.       Click on Start button and from the available menu click on Control Panel.

3.       On Control Panel window make sure that you are on Classic View (you can check this from the left bar of the window) and double-click on Network and Sharing Center to open it.

4.       On the opened window under Sharing and Discovery section click on Off text present in front of Network discovery option.

Enable Network Discovery

5.       From the visible options click on Turn on network discovery radio button to select it and click on Apply button.

6.       On the confirmation box click on No, make the network that I am connected to a private network option to save the changes you have made.

I click on the turn on netowrk discover button and press save changes but then if I go back into it it is off
ensure your DHCP server is set to register the IP addresses in DNS for the Active Directory, and or that the clients are set to manually register their IP.

Found the issue. I had the second NIC card turned on in the DHCP server so it was spitting out two IP addresses.
