Jquery drop down expanding when page loads

I have a site online that uses a dropdown vertical menu, this seems to expand for a second though when you navigate to the page.

If you go to this link then refresh the page you'll see what I mean.

Any ideas how to sort this?

open menu.css set , add display:none

ul#menu, ul#menu ul {
display:none
      list-style-type:none;
      margin: 0;
      padding: 0;
}
