Dell Poweredge 2600 100% CPU

Hi All, I have 2 slightly older Dell Poweredge 2600 servers on my network Both have Server 2003. One server runs my Exchange and the other Deepfreeze. Neither are DC's but both seem to have 100% CPU usage permanently. In taskmgr it Shows Explorer at about 35% and Taskmgr at 45% and few other which makes up the 100%. I have run check disks, Defrag with optimizing, removed unneccssary programs but these servers will not speed up. I have Kaspersky Server AV on them and I have set the protection to LOW. The servers both have Dual Xeons and 4GB memory and plenty of free space on HDD's. Does anyone know what I could do get the CPU usage down a bit and speed these servers up, trying to work on them is painful. Many Thanks

About your taskmanager: do you have a lot of columns selected and/or a high refresh rate?

I would suggest to start with Process Monitor to debug what is using all the resources.
Hi KTM200, any luck in tracking down your CPU issue yet?
