Change Device PIN Requirement for Exchange 2010 ActiveSync

In the real world, I wouldn't do this.  Since I am learning how to use ActiveSync with any different devices, iPhone4, BB, Droid, etc on my own server, I wanted to know how to turn off the feature in (i'm assuming because i'm new to this) Active Directory that tells the phone that before AS can be used, you must create a 4 digit pin.

How can I turn that off?

Thanks as always!

Turning of the "password/pin" requirement is an exchange setting.

Open Exchange management console, goto organization configuration, client access, choose the Exchange ActiveSync Mailbox Policies tab and properties of the Default (or any other created) policy on the Password tab you can disable this feature.
