Importing IE Favorites into Safari

Have Safari on a Windows PC for the first time.  Trying to import my IE Favorites.  Able to export my IE Favorites to a file.  However, for importing to Safari, Safari Help says to go to File:Import; however there is no menu item "File" and right clicking all over the top of Safari does not give me the option to add another menu that might have the word "File" in it.  I've also looked all over preferences and every other menu and button I could find.  How do I get to "File" in Safari?

OK, so I'm a knucklehead.  Yes, it says "Show Menu" under the gear menu, but even better than that, when I browsed around, I found my IE favorites were already imported automatically under IE Favorites.  :)
For what it's worth, I didn't think it was obvious the first time I saw it that way.  Chrome does the same thing.
thanks.
