Basic stamp w/clock

I was looking into building a project using a basic-stamp (or a stamp like it).

What I was investigating was how to create a project that kicked off events at certain times during the day, but to do that I need a stamp that provides a timestamp or try to write the time keeping solution into the code. (probably not the best solution)

I have seen some projects on line that are DIY alarm clocks and they had to interface it with a clock chip to get the time.

Can anyone tell me if there is a version of the Basic stamp that has a clock built in ?

Thanks

Their discussion forums on Parallax mention external RTC chips but not internal.  http://www.parallax.com/

Yeah, I see the "DS1302 Timekeeping Chip".  and I have looked at a lot of options other than the basic stamp.   It’s just that I have an old cell phone in my desk that keeps time, runs java apps and keeps its time and date at power loss and I wonder where I can find a platform like this to build a project on ?
