Personally I find these threads very tiresome, without actual questions, but just giant screen logs, expecting us to do work for you.

It appears to me that you make a lot of typos.

1) You tried changing db_recovery_file_dest 4 times with different syntaxes.
2) You use commands without understanding them.

Both of these habits are dangerous for an Oracle DBA maintaining production systems.

Your mistake above is you set the FORMAT of your backup as the name of a directory.  You cannot do that.

RMAN> backup as copy database format '/u01/data2';

>>ORA-19504: failed to create file "/u01/data2"
>>ORA-27038: created file already exists

Open in new window

RMAN is trying to create your backup as '/u01/data2'

So name the format with a format specifier, like %U or %s, etc.

backup as copy database format '/u01/data2/backup_%s_%t';

I tend to agree.  Is there an actual question here?

>>what should I do to overcome this mistake

I don't have time to walk through all your command captures copy/paste.

What are you trying to do?
What isn't working?
