I formatted the hard drive on a dell computer today and after re-installing the OS (Windows service pack 3 ) microsoft will not allow me to run any updates. &nbsp;Everytime i attempt to run updates it goes directly to a webpage that tells me I may not be able to run updates if I don't have sps installed, but I do have sp3 installed. &nbsp;How do I resolve this issue?
