I heard that it could be battery problem but I have not tested it yet.

By the way, using mouse to move slider such as adjusting sound volume is also slow sometimes.
check and see if its a windows problem or hardware problem...

Go into your bios screen and use the arrow keys to move around in your menus. if you still get the same delays -- then its a hardware issue, send back for warranty service.

If the delays are gone, then its something in software. Next try booting in safe mode. open notepad.. check keyboard speed. gone? then its something you load into windows. still there? then its something inside windows.

Also, remove battery and just use AC adapter and see if you notice a difference.

Follow that pattern & see what shows up.

Also monitor your temperatures with a util such as Speedfan http://www.almico.com/speedfan.php in case they are getting too hight and the processor is slowing itself down.

you can test if it happens when booted from a live cd :
http://www.ubcd4win.com/                              ubcd  Win
ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/dist/knoppix/KNOPPIX_V6.4.4CD-2011-01-30-EN.iso  Knoppix

that will show if it is a hardware problem or not
If it does this from a freshly recovered computer. Just take it back under warranty.

It happens on the internet issues, typing in word or notepad is okay.
I called the technical support, the guy said that it is internet security issue.
Is it correct?

I think its a graphics driver issue...First make sure display driver in installed...launch device manager and check.

If it is installed then boot the computer in low resolution mode by tapping F8 key during boot...if everything works fine in this mode then the problem is with display driver.

Update your graphics driver from manufacturer website.

This is often caused by a Display Driver as mentioned above, or there is excessive CPU Usage going on.....

When this is happening, hit CTRL+SHIFT+ESC, and take a screenshot of the Process Tab, and the Performance Tab, so we can see whats happening on your PC.....

If you dont do screenshots, please report the following.....

CPU Usage
Commit Charge
Total Processes running (after clicking "Show processes from all users"....)

Try this sequence. If this doesn't work then it is a keyboard problem and the unit needs sending back to the manufaturer or where you bought it from.

1.Press then release the 'Fn' key
2.Press then release the 'N' key
3.Press then release the '1' key

Thanks

Mark
You may also find a BIOS update may fix the issue too.
Check Toshiba website.

If you close out some apps/processes and then go back to the web, does the behavior still occur?

Other than a LOT of apps running , using a ton of memory, your processes look fine....

Id like to see the Commited Memory lower personally.....

Have you been through MSConfig and removed unneeded services/startup apps from launching at bootup?

If you would also like to add the Commit Size column under the processes Tab, and report (sort by the actual value to keep the heavy hitters at the top please), that would be interesting as well.......
