I won't go into the gory details, but I am looking for a new provider to replace Zenith Infotech. &nbsp;We are a two person MSP looking to grow. &nbsp;We do not want W-2 employees. &nbsp;We believed Zenith could provide NOC and helpdesk support for clients and that has worked for about 19 months. &nbsp;It no longer appears that it is going to be a good fit.<br />

I know about Virtual Administrator, but have yet to speak with them. &nbsp;We do not yet know if they will be a fit.<br />
