Outlook Profile

I have one user that is continually asked to confirm their mail profile when they open Outlook. This occurs even when you check 'default profile'.

Where or what do I need to do to trouble shoot this.  This is the only user out of 200 that this occurs.

Have you checked control panel, Mail applet (name depends on windows version) choose show profiles and make sure the Always open this profile is checked.

Can't do reinstall on the systesm I support. I recreated the user profile .psd file and created a new profile. No issue with Outlook now.

Yes, Always open was checked. That is what is so confusing. See above as I've seemed to solve the problem for now.
