Outlook Profile

Outlook 2007

I have one user that is continually asked to confirm their mail profile when they open Outlook. This occurs even when you check 'default profile'.

Where or what do I need to do to trouble shoot this.  This is the only user out of 200 that this occurs.

*have you tried reinstalling outlook?
Can't do reinstall on the systesm I support. I recreated the user profile .psd file and created a new profile. No issue with Outlook now.

Yes, Always open was checked. That is what is so confusing. See above as I've seemed to solve the problem for now.
