I am considering installing SQL Server 2008 R2 EXPRESS version on my laptop PC which currently has SQL Server 2005 already installed on it.<br />
will this have any effect on SQL Server 2005 (can I continue to use it) and if I subsequently decide to un-install SQL Server 2008 R2 EXPRESS will that have any effect on SQL Server 2005 ?<br />

I am nervous in case installing or removing SQL Server 2008 R&quot; EXPRESS might cause the existing SQL Server 2005 to cease working in any way.<br />
