We are currently running BCM 2007 as a shared database on a local network server.
A few users have recently upgraded to Office 2010, they are not able to connect to the database because it is in 2007 mode so the selection for that database is greyed out. I naturally downloaded the 2010 BCM database utility and backed up the 2007 databases then created a new database and restored both databases. When I go to connect to the restored and converted 2010 version it still shows as greyed out. Is this because there are still 2007 BCM users in the system? Even when all users are logged out of Outlook and I try again with a new Office 2010 computer with BCM I still get the greyed out option. Do any experts know what is going wrong this is the process I used a few years back going form 2003 to 2007. Thank you
