windows 2003 TS farm with windows 2008r2 Session broker,gatewaylicensing

we are planning to have windows 2003 standard edition terminal server farm  with a windows 2008 r2 server acting as session broker, gateway and licesing server.
Does this work. Or ar their any issues.
Also can one   guide me through how to configure TMG server so that it allow RDP from internet.

No, you would need minimail 2003 enterprise and than it would not preform or even not work with loadbalance that  you aspect from the same situation with Remote desktop service (WIndows 2008 R2)

Hiighly not recommend situation!
