Outlook :

I am not sure if this is some very lame question or not, but because i havent found a solution anywhere, i am asking here.

The idea is as follow : I need to have a field like a note filed, on which i can add text to every mail at my inbox, or sent items ( if possible ), and later i can search by this field for a specific note.

Why not just use the Subject field?

Use "the subject" filed will cause changeing to the leter itself, isnt it ?

The letter must reamin untouched.

- Out of question. No third party software shall be involved. Especially from uknonw producers and paid ones. Neither the pointed one will do the job done.
