Hi All,

We have a user who keeps complaining she is getting all notifications/tasks from another users mailbox she has permissions for. Is there any way she can have access just to the inboc (mail) and not to calender, tasks etc. on Outlook 2010?

Thanks

delegate the mailbox access to another user, u can control the delegation of calendar and tasks separately, see http://searchexchange.techtarget.com/tip/Grant-users-access-to-another-users-Outlook-2007-mailbox
You can adjust the delegation permissions in Outlook it self by going to File > Account settings > Delegate Access and change the permissions accordingly. Some more information and guides can be found here:
