Long story short:<br />

Went to upgrade memory in Windows 2003 Server<br />
Accidentally knocked out a HDD power lead<br />
Array needed to be rebuilt<br />
Rebuilt Array, server then failed to start with NTDETECT FAILED<br />
Ran chkdsk /r on hard drive, server now boots<br />
<br />
Now on server.<br />
<br />
SQL and 2 SQL related applications fail to work (Backup Exec and an accounting program)<br />
Start Menu looks extremely short but I'll worry about that later.<br />
<br />
Downloaded latest SQL Server setup with the view of doing an inplace upgrade to repair (currently on 2005)<br />

Fails with:<br />
