Windows 2003 Server - SQL and other errors

Following an Array rebuild my Server is not happy.

First and foremost, Backup Exec + SQL + IRIS (Accounting Program, uses SQL) will not start.

When trying to open BEWS I get:

C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\BkupLnch.exe

This Application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

In the eventvwr I get 3 SidebySide logs:

EventID: 32
Dependant Assembly Microsoft.VC80.MFC could not be found and Last Error was The referenced assembly is not installed on your system

EventID 59
Resolve Partial Assembly failed for Microsoft,VC80.MFC. Reference error message The referenced assembly is not installed on your system

Generate Activation Context failed for C:\Program Files\Backup Exec\BkLnch.exe Referenced error message: the referenced assembly is not installed on your system

you can try to run check disk on drive C with repair checked

That was done already - needed to do that to get the server to boot after array rebuild as the C Drive was pretty messed up

and did you check log after chkdsk?, to see if problem is still there or resolved
