SharePoint Data Cleanup

I have a SharePoint lists with a lot of records and I need to do a cleanup.

Is there a way to delete all records whose:

Segment = Test
Modified > 4 weeks ago
Comment

Yes, if you are using powershell.

If not, you could create a view on the list, with the above filters, then delete all records in the view.
You can use Data Sheet View (Action --> Edit in DataSheet), Apply the above filters and delete all the filtered result rows.

Note: Clicking on the "ms-access" icon in data sheet view will select all the rows. Once all the rows selected, right click the row header and delete.
