Exchange 2007 not receiving multiple emails at exactly same time

I am running a SBS 2008 with Exchange 2007.  I have a barracuda in front of my exchange server.  I am receiving emails from a company that I deal with daily and receive numerous throughout the day.  If we have an email that is sent at the exact same time (according to the time stamp on the barracuda) we only receive one into the mailbox on Exchange.  The second never does show up.  I can go into the barracuda and resend it to exchange, then it it will show up.  These emails are critical to our business (Transportation) and we receive our paperwork from our drivers through this email.  I am not quite sure what would be causing this.  There are no error logs showing a delay or failure to deliver from the barracuda to the server.  Anti-Spam is turned off on Exchange.  Any thoughts?  Am I over looking something?

I would try barracuda support, it appears that barracuda is the culprit.

I have called barracuda support and after a lengthy discussion this is a known issue with Microsoft Exchange Sever 2007.  From what they said, when a message is received by exchange it sees that it has already gotten one to the same person at the same exact time and rejects it due to duplication.  The size of the emails are very similar and I was afraid this was what is causing the issue.  There are only two work around I can think of at this time.  One would be to have the sending user send the second email about 10 minutes after the first or second would be to go into the barracuda and release the second email.  The only problem is I never know when the second one would be received.

I don't recall.  I'll check into that.  Thanks!

Although it's not a complete fix, it is a work around.
