User was just married and now having trouble changing her information.

We had a user get married this past weekend and now I'm having trouble taking care of the minor things within Active Directory.  I've been able to change the name, that part was easy.  However, after adding the new email address into the approriate Exchange Tasks tab, she is not able to receive emails.  She is able to send them just fine and the recipients see the new name and new email address when replying, however they are receiving an undeliverable message.
Please help!!

Did you keep her old SMTP address in there too?  You will want to keep her old and new for a transition period.  The new will be the primary.

Thanks

Mike
Do you have any spam filters that will need to update any new SMTP addresses from AD?

Yes I did.  The previous email address is still set as the primary so that she can receive replies once again.
Both email addresses are listed in our mail filtering system.  Thanks.
can you post the email headers so we can see exactly what is going on
madhatter, would you like to see the headers from the user or from someone attempting to send her a message?

Also, I must correct myself from what I said earlier.... all email messages from her are still showing being sent from the old email address (new last name is being displayed though).  Even if the new email address is set as the primary.  Apparently she has instructions in her signature regarding sending to the new email address and others were using that when trying to reply.

Well, all seems to be working fine now.  I preach and preach to my users to always reboot if something isnt working right, yet I can't even remember to do that myself! :)

Thanks for all the suggestions.  Now onto the next issue with connecting to her user share.  But that's a different topic!
Thank you.
