New Wireless Network

I have 6 dell latitude laptop computers with wireless on them. OPerating system is Windows XP pro. I am looking to set up a classroom environment with a linksys G router. I have installed Netware on the computers but can't see the tree. when I go into the network connections, I can see the network, but can't get logged onto it. I have looked at the settings for the wireless network and it is set up for DHCP.  How can I get the laptop to log on to the network so I can look for the tree and log on with netware?

When you refresh the WiFi settings on the laptop, do you see the Wireless Network?
