Backup Exec 2010 will not start - C++ or .NET?

C:\Program Files\Symantec\Backup Exec\BkupLnch.exe

This Application has failed to start because the applicayion configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled C++ Redistributable 2005, 2008 and 2010 and rebooted.
I have also reinstalled/repaired .Net Framework 2, 3, 3.5, and 4.

Dont know what else to do!

Maybe a setup the backup exec with the repair option will help?

This is a fresh Backup Exec install, as we had the same problem with the previous version (12.5)
