We have a user who uses a Kodak EasyShare Z1012. &nbsp;When he first installed it, the Easyshare software kept malfunctioning, so he removed it. &nbsp;He would plug the usb cable in and it would prompt him asking how he wanted to view the files, and he would choose Windows Explorer, which worked fine. &nbsp;It recently stopped recognizing the pictures, but we can access them on another pc. &nbsp;We've reinstalled Easyshare, uninstalled it again, and nothing works. &nbsp;When you plug in the usb, you here the chime like it sees it, but it never brings it up, and it's not available in Explorer. &nbsp;
