All User Folders appearing in start Menu

Hello,

A couple of our users are experiencing a strange issue. When they log into their computer, under the Start Menu -> All Programs, they can view all folders in the Folder Redirect area of our file server. In different words: they have (approximately) 60 entries under All Programs listing all the users on this file server. They cannot actually access any of the files (the security settings are still in effect) - when I hover over one of the users, the folder states "Empty.

I tried right clicking and deleting from the menu...but it does not work...it's not a shortcut to the folder but the actual folder itself. This is obviously troubling.

I am hoping someone out there had seen this issue before.

Thank you.

I guess that "My documents" and "Desktop" folders of the related user should appear in that Redirect folder?
Am I right?
Maybe you shared some of these folders by mistake ?!!!
