I have a user that wants to be able to view all of his contacts that he has flagged for followup.  Is there a way to create a search folder or something for flagged contacts in Outlook 2007 or 2010?  The closest I have gotten is doing an Advanced Find, but Microsoft removed the ability to save it.

You can create a View that does this. Simply go to that View whenever you need to see Contacts that are Flagged for Follow-up.

Go to the Contacts view. Next, go to View tab > Change View button in the Current View section > Manage Views... > New button >  type in: Flagged in the Name of new view text box > select Table in the Type of View list > OK > Filter... button > Advanced tab > Field dropdown > Frequently Used Fields > Follow Up Flag > change the Condition dropdown to is not emptyAdd to List button > OK > OK > Apply View.

This should get you the deliverables you're looking for.

Is this just for 2010?  I can't seem to find this in 2007.

Yes, that was for Outlook 2010. For Outlook 2007, go to the Contacts view. Next, go to View > Current View > Define Views… New button >  type in: Flagged in the Name of new view text box > select Table in the Type of View list > OK > Filter... button > Advanced tab > Field dropdown > Frequently Used FieldsFollow Up Flag > change the Condition dropdown to is not emptyAdd to List button > OK > OK > Apply View.
