I have a flash drive with files I converted using NERO from my ITunes folder.  I want to add them to my wife's ITunes/IPod on her computer.  How?

Also if necessary, I could transfer the IPod folders from my computer to hers if that's easier.  If that is easier, then how do I get them in her ITunes/IPod?

You should probably add them to your itunes library on your computer and then sync your ipod to get them on the ipod.

I need more info.  I have the Itunes format and MP3.  Can you be more specific.  Like instructions please.
ion iTunes go to File and Add to Library. This will allow you to select MP# files from just about anywhere on your computer, including a USB drive. Once they are in itunes you should be able to then plug in your iPod to the computer and sync the music.

With a IOS device plugged you can go to each library (music, apps, etc) and choose your sync options.
Step by step:

Put the mp3 files you want to copy to your wife's computer on the flash drive.
Connect the flash drive to your wife's computer.

On your wife's computer, open iTunes.
in iTunes, go to Edit/Preferences/Advanced.  Ensure that "Keep iTunes Media folder organized" and "Copy files to iTunes Media folder when adding to library" are both checked.

in iTunes, choose File, then "Add folder to library".  From the dropdown menu of directories, choose the flash drive.  This will copy all the music on the flash drive into her iTunes library.

Once it's in her library, she can copy it to her iPhone or iPod by connecting it with the cable and syncing.
