outlook archive
i have auto archive enabled. i see my archive folder in outlook and the file structure but when i go into the folders, there are no email. they are still in my mailbox
Agree. Note that, even if you have "use defaults" on, you have to setup the default per folder. I believe only the Inbox is set to "use auto-archive defaults". You'll need to explicitly setup each folders properties you want to include, either using your defaults, or whatever retention range you choose.
Try doing a manual archive. The above answers are correct. go to file and archive and do a archive . let it run and then check the folder.
