Autocomplete not pulling from Exchange

Currently are CEO is having issues with his AutoComplete. Autocomplete works fine when accessing email and composing new messages using OWA, but will not work in Outlook. We have tried re-creating the mail profile, copying over a good working Stream_Autocomplete file, Checking all settings within Outlook (making sure Autocomplete was being saved), setting up his outlook profile on another machine, but continue having this issue.

It just seems as Outlook wont pull the autocomplete data from the Exchange server.

Any recommendations?
