How do I export a DHCP Database in Windows 2008 R2 Standard to a excel .csv file?

I am in the process of trying to clean up our DHCP Server and I am wanting to export my DHCP Database into an excel .csv file and compare all the items and modify as needed and then save it back and import it.  The DHCP Server will then be changing its IP address since we are implementing a new infastructure.  Are there any  ideas to accomplish this task?

Thank you
