Symantec Backup Exec 11d Directory was not found
My full back ups keep on failing due to "directory Profiles\username\cookies was not found, or could not be accessed. None of the files or subdirectories contained within will be backed up"
So far what I have done is go into the selection list and check off/check on the drive. Then, I just cleared all the logs that are in the directory and I am awaiting for results this evening.
If deleting the logs in the directory is not effective, what other measure should I take?
Thanks,
t

I have seen this before and rectified it by re-creating the job list from scratch.
Try this and let me know how you get on.

I created the job from scratch and the issue still occurs. Pointing to the same directory. I have also manually unselected/selected the folder and still no luck..Can this be a bug?

So I just noticed that the server is selected under "Domains" and "User-defined Selection. I think this is why unselecting cookies hasn't worked.
Although I recreated the job, this job was created by another individual.
Does it make sense to have the server selected in both the "Domains" and "User-defined Selection"
thx

Your feedback cleared up some of my thoughts. I am unchecking the cookies folder on both selections and hopefully this should get fixed by tonight. I will keep you posted.
