Does anyone know how to program the neax 2400 ipx pbx to output smdr data over IP?

Do you know the hardware model of the 2400 (IMX, IPX, IMG, etc) and the sofware version?  Some of the older systems do not support a direct IP link for SMDR, although you can convert the RS232 output to IP.  The newer models do have IP output options.

It is an IPX.  Yes, this model should have ip output options.  What I need to know is how to tell it that I want SMDR via IP instead of RS232.

Took me a while to track down the information.  See the attached.  Do not worry about the suggestion you need to download a Japanese font - it will open and you will be able to read it just fine with a standard PDF reader.  This spec covers both the format and data output as well as the interface specs for different connections, including IP.
