Do you have the Universal Restore option, if you do you can restore to a VM, by selecting the correct storagr drivers on restore.

What was the issue with VMware Converter?

it did not realy give error just said cancel thats for vmware the other thing is im never realy used vmware before oh well this is a good place to start and im not sure about Universal Restore option i dont think i have all i know is xp sits in a folder that needs to be converted

lol im bit the same at momeant think i need a huge cuppa ok i got error with 4.3 converter  vmware conversion the source parameters are invaild

Looks like VMware converter only works with Acronis 9.x and earlier?? Not sure.
You might need to convert the .TIB to a Microsoft VM, there are Acronis instructions how to do this here. Once its in a Microsoft VM format you can use convert to get it to your VMware destination.
