How to add a VCF card to my Outlook 2010 Signature witout a picture of the business card?

I've just moved to Outlook 2010 and am adding a signature.  I figured out to add myself as a content to create a card that can be added to my email signature.  However, when I do, it sends both a picture of the card as well as the .vcf file.  I've seen a lot of people with the same issue, but there must be a work around.

How can I automatically attach a VCF to all my emails (in the signature) without rendering the image of a business card as well?

If you can give step by step I'd appreciate it.

Thank you!

No, that's the opposite of what I need. I want the VCF but not the image of q business card in the email

I saw this page yesterday www.msoutlook.info/question/487

But wasn't able to get that method to work

You are familiar with registry editing. Right ?

Yes...   But I wasn't able to get that process to work.  Maybe I missed a step or something, but it just didn't work for me.  Have you used that method?

No, but the instructions i followed through that website and i found the similar settings on my side to change it. Actually, i don't require it because i am using simple signature with a logo of my company and details.

This morning the process I cited above did work for me.

I would add one step to their instructions:

Step 5 1/2:   Go to the following key in the registry and copy the value to the clipboard

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\<version>\Outlook\Signatures

When you reach Step 11, paste that value.

I must have been 1 character off on something, which is why it didn't work for me.  Doing that, it worked perfectly.

The issue is resolved by using what I found on www.msoutlook.info/question/487

Thanks for the pointer back to their site.  While the page you linked to didn't have the solution, it made me dig deeper on another page I previously found and I eventually worked it out.  I'm giving points to the answer I posted, so if anyone looks in the future, they try the right method, not the one you kindly linked.

Thanks
