Disable AD user/email

What's the best way to disable all the services of AD user so that can't logon, no email access, no network drive access.
OS: SBS2008.
beside: disabling user, enabling email restriction on exchange from everyone.

Is that all?
for example if they log onto the windows without network connection and plugs the network cable back and try to access the network drive? Outlook Exch connection? etc

I am not sure I understand the question but if you are wanting to completely disable a user access to the network, in AD  right click on the user and choose disable. They will have no logon access what-so-ever.

if they have a disabled account, they won't have access to the network.  they may however still be able to log in to their pc using cached credentials, but they won't be able to authenticated with the server again to send mail or access shares, etc...

disabling user from AD is not a problem but want to make sure no email, share folder access etc. as i have given above 1 example. just disabling user is not going to stop recieving emails.

Yes, disabling the account stops any user authentication whatsoever.

thats what you want isn't it?  you said no mail
