Can you attach mini dump from your server here, please? It's located under %WINDIR%\Minidump
Place here only the latest dump, please

Regards,
Krzysztof

Please can you help me find the minidump file
Yes, of course, but first you need to attach it here :)

Krzysztof
I didn't find this minidump file in windows folder

Please can you help
Can you search for *.dmp files on your server, please?
I didn't find any
OK, dumps are not enabled or weren't captured :/ For future reference, please review your OS settings according to this MS article at
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/254649

So, let's try with this:

Run your server from DVD media and open command-line instead of running installation
Go to folder %WINDIR%\system32\codeintegrity by

c:
cd windows\system32\codeintegrity (where windows is a folder to which OS is installed)
ren bootcat.cache bootcat.old

reboot your server and check if it's ok.

Krzysztof
I tried it before but with no luck
OK, is it possible to boot server in "Safe Mode" ? Do you have any system state backup of that server?

Krzysztof
no backup and tried safe mode and last known nut with no luvk
Any hardware has been changed/installed recently?
If not, looks like you should consider reinstall OS :/
NO hardware changes , it's a Virtual Machine on hyper_v
Do you have a snapshot or, even better, a backup of the .VHD file?
no
Is your goal to fully repair the server and restore it to production?
Or if that's not an option would you be satisfied with recovering the data?

If you're ok recoving the data you might try attaching the VHD file as a second hard drive on another Virtual Machine.  That might allow you full access to the files.  You might also be able to do some repairs.

There are also utilities out there to help but booting to another VM with this VHD file attached as a second hard drive might be the simplest way to get in.
