exchange 2010 proxy question

How do I elimiate this need for a proxy to get to my exchange server ?

Some of my users have office 2003 and 2007 must they use http transport ?

How can I remove the need for a certificate since i dont need ssl

VPN to your office network.

If you are working away from the office network, you will need to VPN in first.
This is the best money I have ever spent. I cannot not tell you how many times these folks have saved my bacon. I learn so much from the contributors.
