ASP redirect users depending on IP address

I have 2 sites, let's call them Site A and Site B.

Site A has an IP address range of 172.16.*.*
Site B has several ranges: 10.137.*.* - 10.171.*.* - 10.132.*.* - 10.1.*.* - 192.168.*.*

I have a link on the Intranet page that both Site A and Site B need to access.

My problem is I have to send everybody from Site A to a different URL than everybody from Site B, but they are both clicking the same link (having seperate links is unacceptable).

My question, if you haven't guessed already, is how do I detect that the user is coming from a particular IP range and then redirect them accordingly?

The webserver only supports ASP.

Thanks in advance.

Request.Servervariables("REMOTE_ADDR") will hold the ip address of the visitor.

the links refer to main.asp

In main.asp you check the ip and do a Response.Redirect to PageA.asp or PageB.asp
You could also use a Response.Transfer that way the url stays main.asp

It's  Server.Transfer() instead of Response.Transfer....
