We have 2 Citrix Xenapp servers both running Wind 2008 32bit. One of the servers has the 2008 Terminal Services licenses installed.
We have on average 10 users connecting to our Citrix apps at one time. We have a lot of people who jump into a Citrix app get some info and pop out. I purchased 40 licenses. The licenses are being held by the clients for around 60 days. So in TS Licensing Manager when I run a report it shows I have 40 Installed Licenses and 69 TS Cals in use and No CALs available.
1. Can I set the CALS to expire after one week?
2. Can delete CALS that have already been issued to clients so I will at least have a few CALs available?
