I have a user who connects through terminal services (windows 2003) from a MAC. He uses outlook a lot and today his calendar shows his appointments as being 4 hours late, e.g. meeting at 7:30 AM is actually in the calendar for 11:30 AM. His blackberry (BES) shows the correct times. He is located in EST, his MAC shows EST and the time running along the left hand side shows EST. <br />

I've dealt with this before but I don't remember what I did. I'm going to try the timezone fix tool but need to get a hold of him and I'm not sure if this will do anything.<br />
