JBoss behind Firewall

I am new to JBoss programming.  I am finding an issue in my program, wherein for a JBoss server in my LAN, I could save data only when proxy/internet is enabled in client PC.  However when I tried to check the proxy server's log, there is no hits outside of LAN.

Can someone help with the places, I need to check for this issue.

no worries :-) no nothing

You will have to check the firewall setup regarding your proxy server.

and then apply respective rule regarding your client - JBOSS applic/server.
no worries :-) no nothing

Which proxy are you using (squid)?

1) We are using Squid proxy.
2) Proxy should not be used for accessing JBOSS from my client or JBOSS to access database.  Hence I could not understand why I should use proxy server and what setup I should look for in firewall.

This is the best money I have ever spent. I cannot not tell you how many times these folks have saved my bacon. I learn so much from the contributors.

The problem is found to be solved when using a fresh installed server of Redhat and JBoss
