I have a .exe program which is just a animated gif.<br />

From excel vba I open this .exe, using SHELL(&quot;xxx&quot;)<br />
The problem is when it launches it is always minimized. &nbsp;Is there a way to keep this on top of every other windows app?<br />

I already set TopMost=True and it still launches from excel minimized or hidden
