have you tried booting to a linux live cd and removing the file. &nbsp;A simple one to get is called slax, ubuntu will work as well

You can always SUBST the folder just under what you are trying to delete to a drive letter.<br />
<br />
Example: C:\TEMP\REALLY\LONG\PATH..<wbr />...<br />
<br />
<b>SUBST T: C:\TEMP<br />
T:<br />
RD REALLY /s/q<br />

This works....
