adding in mysqli to PHP
I need to use mysqli but it looks like php was compiled without it. is there a way to add things like mysql and cURL now without recompiling php?
I am on centOS and here is the configure command according to phpinfo();

no.. . not possible.. you have to recompile php ... with mysqli ... no options....
You can either find a copy of mysqli.so from a similar architectured machine and copy it into your php installation, or install the php-mysql CentOS package perhaps and get that binary.
Then all you need to do is add an "extension=mysqli.so" to your php.ini to load is as a shared lib.

Dote, kshna is right... I didn't see "--disable-pdo" the first time I looked.

what compile command would you recommend to get all of the functionality that I would typically need?
