Spry Accordion Panel Goes Off Screen

The page below uses spry accordion panels which are close to the bottom of the page. So when a panel opens, part of it expands off the bottom of the browser screen so you must scroll to see the entire panel.

Is there a way to scroll the page automatically so the panel is visible?

I might be able to accomplish this with CSS or an anchor tag, but I don't think it's worth the hassle. The website I was working on decided to do away with the accordion anyway.

However, the jquery example provided by Maeltar above gave me a simple idea. The example shows a bounding box outline. None of the accordion panels extend beyond the bottom of the outline. This might prompt users to scroll down if information goes beyond the bottom of the screen.
