Cant Install mailbox role on exch 2010

I keep getting this error when trying to install the exchange 2010 mailbox server role onto 2 different exchange servers. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it keeps failing..

microsoft support solved the issue
This is the best money I have ever spent. I cannot not tell you how many times these folks have saved my bacon. I learn so much from the contributors.
