Forcing Outlook 2003 to send emails as HTML
Greetings experts,
I have a client who uses Sage's MAS90 product. They have Outlook 2003 installed and want MAS, when it uses email functionality, to send only in HTML format. I've configured Outlook to use HTML for email by default, yet when MAS is making the call to Outlook, the email is in text only format. Barring any custom modification to MAS, is there a setting in Outlook or the registry that can assist here?
Thanks,
Barron

This depends on the version of MAS90. What version are you on?

Sorry for the delay snurker!
I have no idea what MAS90 is. How does it call Outlook? If Outlook is set to use HTML format and message sent by MAS are in a different format, then it's reasonable to assume that MAS is setting the format.
