Outlook (Exchange) password prompt

Hi,

I am having this problem which i can not seem to resolve.
Multiple users whom are using Microsoft Outlook connected to Exchange (running on Small Business Server 2008) is constantly and randomly being prompted for their login credentials.
(See screen shot)

I have attempted to change the user's password (via their desktop, not server) and this does not resolve the problem.

This is affecting more than one user.

Installing the latest sevicepacks and rolloups will solve the problem for you.

To confirm if issue is related to Autodiscover first stop Autodiscover App pool from IIS manager & check
